Order Processing Time: Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We will do our best to ship your order within 4 hours on a business day. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for late or miss-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office, after that, it is out of our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages – We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS.

Refunds & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product is received a refund will be issued.
